We stayed in the Castillo room. It was approx $130/night, after the weekday discount. Our other choice was a chain hotel, whose beach view rooms were $139/night. We are so glad we chose the Casa de Suenos: great central location in the historic district; we could walk to most of the places we wanted to see (which saved us from paying for parking), the rooms are very clean and well-kept, the bed linens are wonderfully soft (we actually purchased a set through the inn to use at home; microfiber sateen sheets from the Comphy Company); breakfast was wonderful (over 3 days: coffee, juice, various muffins, variety of fruit, French toast, scrambled eggs/omelet, blueberry/plain pancakes, bacon, sausage); the mini-fridge in our room was stocked with water; beach towels and beach chairs available for use; several umbrellas available for borrowing; Dvds available for viewing in room or downstairs; and more! The innkeeper, Kathleen, is friendly and attentive to her guests and can offer advice on attractions, dining, and such. It really was a great experience and a great value for all the amenities offered.
