I thought our room was lovely. We had a lovely view from the balcony of the Bay. We took a swim in the jacuzzi for two at the end of a full day of walking around the city - a perfect way to wind down after site seeing. The location is perfect, located on one end of the historic downtown area.
The breakfasts were good, but not fabulous. The common sitting areas are small but cutely decorated. To reach the social hour, you need to walk past the office / kitchen area which is OK but does detract a little from the inn ambiance. Parking is definitely far if you have a lot of luggage and would recommend loading and unloading near the room and then driving to the lot. . . not a big inconvenience in my opinion.
Overall we liked our room and the view and location best.More
