The Bayfront Westcott Bed and Breakfast was the most enjoyable B & B that we've stayed at, and we've stayed at a few. The owners and their wonderful staff (especially Dora and the young lady in the morning and the wonderful cook) couldn't have been warmer, friendlier, or more genuinely concerned for our welfare. They answered our questions, served us wonderful food both at breakfast and at the delightful happy hour, and in all ways made us feel welcome. The inn's location in St. Augustine on the bayfront is perfect -- close enough to walk to the sites and restaurants yet quiet -- and the bayfront scenery was stunning. We sat on the wide front porch in the evening and watched the night settle in. In the morning and late afternoon, we loved the side porch. Guests were friendly, service was perfect, and St. Augustine was delightful. We'll definitely come back for another visit. Thanks to the Westcott. The Campbells from SC

From the moment we stepped through the antique front door we knew we'd chosen the best location in town! Joy and Andrew bade a wonderful welcome that would have befitted a family member and indeed that's exactly how we felt. Every need was catered for and our room was unashamedly luxurious. We felt as if we were on a second honeymoon! With wonderful views of the bay, we watched dolphins play whist we ate our delicious hot breakfast on the porch. The whole team worked tirelessly to make our stay truly unforgettable. So much so that we have already made a reservation for our anniversary party in 2010. Thankyou Joy and Andrew we wish you every success for the future. Remember us.........Rick and Julie

Recently stayed at Bayfront Westcott on the spur of the moment and so glad we were able to get a room. We've stayed at other hotels and B&Bs in the area but will return to Bayfront Westcott. The rooms are lovely, but really sets this place apart is the flexibility of the innkeepers. My husband is a bit of an introvert and was getting tired of having to meet new people at the communal breakfast many B&Bs insist upon. At Bayfront Westcott, you get a table for two on either their porch, in the courtyard, or in a dining room. AND you get to pick the time! Breakfast starts with a dish -- we had Eggs Benedict -- and you can then add whatever you want, such as juice, toast, cereal, fruit, etc. Again -- flexibility. We also enjoyed a generous happy hour the night before with wine, beer, and cheese and crackers. The innkeepers are warm and welcoming; the location is perfect; the staff is accomodating. We'll be back....

The Bayfront Wescott House is right on the bay, and only blocks from historic downtown St. Augustine. Breakfast each morning was delicious. There is a main dish each morning and many extras to choose from. Breakfast can be in the dining room or outside, both are very nice. We had the deluxe breakfast in bed one morning, and it was so worth it. We stayed in Catherine's room and it was cozy, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff is amazing and very helpful if you need anything. Each evening, they serve happy hour drinks for a couple hours and then desert afterwards. Their selection of drinks is very nice, from wine, to many beers, and always a cheese and cracker platter with the drinks. The best part for us was being able to walk to St. George Street and all the resteraunts in the area. Everything is so close, and even after one too many drinks, it never took us more than 15 minutes to walk back to the B&B. Joy and Andrew are very welcoming and make you feel like family. During our stay we ate and had happy hour with some of the other guest, who also had great reviews, and it's just an overall fun and comfortable environment.
