Once again our trip to St. Augustine and The Kenwood Inn was picture perfect! The whole town is so beautiful this time of year with it's twinkle lights everywhere! As always, the highlight of our trip was The warm and welcoming Kenwood Inn, it's staff and especially owner Pat.

We were greeted like old friends and as usual felt like we were home again. We stayed in the Country Victorian room which was just totally redone. The bathroom is to die for with a massive shower you never want to leave. I loved the fireplace and porch which has French doors. We sipped our wine while overlooking the bay - life is good!

The breakfasts are delicious and the wine social is a great way to socialize before dinner. I just love our times there and can't wait to go back!

Our stay at the Kenwood Inn for our anniversary was absolutely amazing. The Inn is just beautiful and the service was impeccable. We really did feel at home and Pat and her staff were so nice and helpful. In addition to the excellent experience with the Inn itself, it was perfectly located to walk anywhere in town. I would definitely recommend staying at the Kenwood Inn to anyone looking for a lovely, warm and welcoming stay in St. Augustine. It really was the highlight of our trip and we will be returning as soon as we can.

Well, all I can say it's getting away but feeling as though your in a "special" friends home. From the time you arrive to the moment you have to leave it's special. The rooms are warm and inviting. Pat (the onwer) makes you feel happy, comfortable and cared for. And that's not enough, the breakfasts are to die for. The BEST we've ever stayed at. Can't wait for our next visit.

Room Tip: We stayed in No. 17 and were quite comfortable....quite lovely. Think it is the Elizabeth room.

I originally booked one night with my two children, 17 and 6, while on a short vacation. A friend had recommended it, but I had also researched child friendly b & b's and called in advance to make sure my 6 year old would be welcome. Upon checking in and meeting Pat, the ambiance was so warm and welcoming that I immediately asked for her to book our room for a second night. We stayed in Caitlin's room, which has two bedrooms and two baths (one with a jacuzzi tub complete with bath salts and sugar scrub). It is perfect for a small family. Breakfast both mornings was exceptional. We chose to sit in the less formal sunroom each day, listening to jazz and enjoying crepes and eggs benedict. Pat even made a special menu for my young child who has a less adventurous palate. Pat and her staff were wonderful to us, and we left feeling as though we had made a new friend. We will definitely return to the Kenwood Inn. Hopefully soon!

We decided to spend a few days in St. Augustine and celebrate our 35th Anniversary. A colleague of mine at school told me about the Kenwood Inn and the good experience they had at the Kenwood several years ago. My husband was a little hesitant about a Bed and Breakfast but a change of heart from the moment we got there. We had a lovely accomodations that were beautifully decorated and well maintained. The breakfast in one of the dining rooms was not only delicious each morining but quaint and enjoyable with the other guest. The staff was helpful and were like family, always concerned about our welfare. They also, were helpful with reservations for meals and attractions in town. We will definitely go back due to Pat's hospitality!! John and Barb- Nov.2012

Room Tip: Rooms with added "living room" accomadations are rromier when staying several days.
