It's spread out and scenic but other than that there isn't much to do. We go there for the Imax theater, and often eat at the cafe next door. We don't go to the Golf Museum because we are not so interested in Golf history that we would pay to go in. Not sure what they could do to make it better. Last time we were there most of the shops across the water from the Imax were still unrented.

We tried out this restaurant two days in a row. Once for dinner and once for lunch. Food was laking on so many levels and it would have been nice to have been told they up charge for the simple things like cheese for a kids burger. The server forgot our drinks at the bar all the way up til he dropped our check. The Hostess was rude and we watched as she rolled her eyes as she talked to guests. Very sad considering the price we paid. For sure spend the gas, time and money and drive into the actual town of st. Augustine.

The customer service, lobby and rooms at The Renaissance were wonderful! But outside of the hotel & golf courses this place is a ghost town! All the shops in the "Village" were closed down & empty except for the PGA Tour shop. The IMAX was completely empty with the staff looking very bored because they had no one to serve. Finally the Murray Brothers' Caddyshack's food was horrible and the inside was looked outdated & run down! The Renaissance staff should really stop recommending this place as somewhere to get food!
