“"Ripley's Red Train" no good.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 25, 2011

We picked Ripley's Red Trains because it was a package deal with the muesum. What a mistake that was. The drivers were nice and informative. The wait between trains was unbearable. We waited at 1 stop for 40 minutes. We would see at least 2 Old Town Trolley tour trains pass by every time we were waiting on ours. This happened every single time. It was a 2-1 ratio. We ended up walking more than anything. The only good part was they refunded our money. Next time we will use the other trolley tour.

“Great experience on Ripley's red train”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 8, 2010

The tour on Ripley's red train was very informative. The guides were very nice. You also get free passes to a miniature golf course on the waterfront. It's not a great course, but it was fun. I would definitely recommend this to others.

“ripley red trains - best deal in town”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 7, 2010

$16.99 for a 2 day ticket and free shuttle service to/from your hotel.

We were staying at La quinta near I-95 and had been warned about the trouble parking down town (price and availability). The red trains shuttle picked us up at the hotel within 15 minutes of phoning them. They also drove us back to our hotel at 4 pm. The same the second day. And all of this for $16.99 (parking downtown is $7.50/day)

The tour guides are knowledgable and the off/on is perfect to visit all the top spots.

“Red Trains a great way o see the city and price was good too!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 8, 2009

Recently, I took a visiting friend from Michigan on a tour of our little city on the Red Trains and what a great value for 16.99. The drivers were informative and it gave us time to get off at the many stop points to take pictures, visit sights up close or just relax riding around enjoying the many beautiful views. It was a little bumpy at times, but it was pulling three cars of people too on the old roads in town. The newer trains do ride much smoother though, we got to try many out that day.

“Old Town Trolley Tours”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 5, 2008

This is great for first timers who want to get the "lay of the land" before deciding where to spend more time. It takes about 1.5 hours to ride the entire circuit. I'd do it again and would rate it excellent if the ticket prices were closer to $15 per person versus the full price of $21 we paid.
