Don't let the 219 steps intimidate you. It's worth every single one of them. It's part of the experience. This is a must see in my book.

its worth the climb( not that hard ) and the history museum is well done very helpful after seeing the Fort the day before. From up top this gives you a better understanding of what St Augustine was all about in 1600.

Such a beautiful view from the top. If you rush yourself up the stairs you can get a very good cardio workout. Or take your time there are sections to rest on your way to the top. And believe me it's worth the trip.

This lighthouse is really an experience. There are many side buildings you can explore. Interactive experiences for the kids. Live demonstrations. And a snack bar and drink cart to make your visit more enjoyable.

This was our second time to visit the Lighthouse. We brought family with us this time. It was a hit with them, as it still is for us. Great time hanging out, seeing some pretty cool stuff!
