...because it's always a winner! Five years and running and yet to have a bad bite. Inviting music, casual atmosphere, great wines and great place to dine. Come see for yourself!

Green Springs Bistro in Safety Harbor was a delightful surprise. With a charming entrance, the inside is intimate and cozy. The food was excellent, but I would give awards to the presentation. Very artfully done. And have to say that our young waitress was delightful. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a nice evening out

“Cute place for a bridal shower”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 10, 2013 via mobile

I attended a bridal shower in the back room of this cute restaurant. It fit our party of 20 nicely and still allowed us to hear the wonderful guitar player in the next room. The service and food were good. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and some of the other guests had the big salad and the spinach enchilada. After seeing the enchilada, I wish I ordered that instead because it looked very good. The decor is bright and funky, which made it fun. We were lucky to get a parking space outside the restaurant because there aren't many available. Be prepared to drive around the block a few times. All in all, it was a nice day.

Great place. The food was great, I had the mahi-mahi dinner . Great taste and presentation. A few in our party had the bison burger and really enjoyed it. The server was wonderful, she even brought out a dish of ice cream with a candle for my daughter . Live music really made the atmosphere wonderful. Reasonably priced wine list .

“Hidden Gem!”

Tucked away behind Main Street in Safety Harbor, FL, this restaurant is fantastic quiet spot for dinner. I've been a few times, once with friends and a couple of visit for business. Chef Paul Kapsalis has impressed each time. Great fresh menu items, a small but eclectic menu. Each time our servers made great recommendations for wine pairings. The food has been amazing each visit this year. On one occasion they had live music as well but the lone acoustic guitar was a nice touch - not enough to be over bearing with the conversation and loud enough to be heard throughout the small restaurant. Great spot that I can recommend highly enough. Can't wait to go back.
