We rented a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit from an owner over July 4th for 4 nights. The hotel has rooms available through the Marriott, but they also have unit ownership. We saved money renting through the owner and everything went smoothly. The unit itself showed signs of wear and tear, but it was great having so much space as well as a full kitchen (no oven, just stove top).

The staff at the resort was very helpful, and the resort itself is on a beautiful beach. The pool was good, not overly large.

My only complaint is the mandatory $20 per day for valet parking. While the men working valet are running themselves ragged picking up cars in the garage, there is often a bit of chaos with too many cars arriving at one time. When this happens, you have to wait double the time for your car to be retrieved. When you call ahead of time to retrieve your vehicle, they tell you it is guaranteed in 10 minutes or less. This was usually the case.

All in all I would stay here again in a minute! I can't comment on the restaurants, we bought a lot of our own food and ate off of property.

Arrived on the 8th July, got assigned room 414, absolutely no view. Husband went to receptionist an asked if we could change as we would like a room higher up, they advised that they could not accommodate us to next day. We later phoned reception to ask if we could upgrade ( which would have been to a one bedroom sea view, which on the website is approx and extra 25 dollars, they said they only had a two bed which would cost 100 per night which we declined and confirmed that we still wanted to move next day. We are now at the end of our stay and nobody has contacted us. Poor customer service. Internally the room was amazing. we had two teenage sons with us who Found the sofa bed to be very uncomfortable. Location good, and ocean lovely.

The building is tall. You can see ocean view at any side although you are on the street side. The bed room is beautiful and comfortable. The place is nice with high-end gift shop and restaurant. The kitchen in the restaurant is open style. You can see more and make you hungry. We like the kitchen and living room the most. The design is very beautiful and roomy. They were well built with good materials. You can turn the living room to another bedroom.

Room Tip: Request a room close to ocean. You will be beautiful view nice ocean breeze.

We have stayed at this resort several times and it is consistently perfection. The front desk is always accommodating, the property is beautiful and well kept, the rooms are VERY clean and comfortable.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars because the only reason it's not a full 5 stars is due to the fact it would be FABULOUS to have an Adults only pool. They have two pools one of which is very kid friendly, lagoon style, some areas shaded with palm trees and a fantastic waterslide, the other pool is pretty basic no bells or whistles. It would be nice to designate the plain pool as adult only. This trip we were traveling with children so it didn't really effect us directly, but times past I've longed for a kid free zone.

Also it seems like the housekeeping and the front desk have a little trouble with communication, 2 days we had to call about our room being cleaned, for some reason the front desk showed us to be checking out. It wasn't too big of a deal, because they quickly came and made up the room after realizing the mistake, but I could tell housekeeping was annoyed at the front desk giving the bad info.

Love this resort!!

This is our 5th stay and this hotel is always a good bet. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The room service does a good job. But the best is the Spa; excellent Therapists (Katie, Monika and Trish) are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The family always enjoys the stay.. Need to improve the vehicle retrieval timelines at the Valet parking...A sure bet for a family reunion.

Room Tip: Never had a bad room
