Description: We call it the “collective kitchen.” For the menus of 3800 Ocean are inspired not only by the local abundance of South Florida’s renowned crops that thrive under a hospitable climate, but by the regional flavors that stir the souls of our collaborative team of chefs. Each chef brings a new insight to the table: the comfort food favorites of New England; the fire and spice of Mexico; the Caribbean traditions of Jamaica; and the ageless classics of Long Island. Our own local abundance of fresh produce and seafood allows us to take the collective kitchen dining concept quite literally. Everything is made from scratch. Every taste evokes an emotional connection to a past culinary memory, or perhaps a future craving.

“Beautiful Setting”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

I travel a lot for business and family trips. This is a very nice hotel and we have seen great improvement in the food at this restaurant! One of few places with oceanfront dining. I have tried salads, fresh fish, burger but have truly enjoyed the pretzel chicken sandwich. Thank you for the great kale salad on a recent visit. Unfortunately, on occasion, service is weak. Be on the look out for great off season specials. Room service comes from the same kitchen.

“Original menu choices and outstanding service”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

Nice original menu choices ( Meatloaf with foie gras) with tasty food. Waiters were excellent, very attentive. Decor is nice, chic with a nice French touch to it without it being tacky. Overall a great experience and definitively the best choice if you want to eat in Riviera Beach.

Nice view and good breakfast , the staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet for breakfast was good, they have a chef making omelets for you.

“Convenient but Average”
Reviewed September 1, 2013

We visited the restaurant our first night at the hotel. Overall service was OK (although they were short on staff and tables - this was baffling since there was floor space for tables). Food selection is average and the skills of the chefs/kitchen help varied from breakfast, lunch and dinner. First night's dinner was average, all three breakfasts (a la carte) were below average and downright poorly prepared - pancakes were particularly awful. Great to have the restaurant on-site in a pinch for the first night and some breakfast fair but we left the hotel each of the following nights (over 7 days) and found some outstanding restaurants within 10-15min away on PGA Blvd. around Palm Beach Gardens. We also chose the Starbuck's options (on-site in lobby) in place of breakfast and lunch for the rest of the time.
