Sorry, but this is not the place to go for a memorable evening. The bar, dining area, and kitchen are all in one open area. There was no attempt to soften the surroundings or dampen the sound. It was impossible to carry on a conversation, even at a smaller table for two. In addition, the thermostat must have been set to ARTIC. It was COLD.
We arrived at 6:00 pm and were the first seated. At that time, we commented on the noise level. The food prep area, as well as the voices of the plentiful staff, made it difficult to converse.
The service was excellent. Not so the food. My salmon was at best, average. My wife's pork tenderloin the same..The vegetables served with the entrees were strange. I asked what they were, but due to the following, I couldn't tell you what they were.
A wedding rehearsal party had arrived and it was impossible to hear one another. Management recognized the problem and moved us to outdoor seating and bought us our desert. Desert was very good.
As you can imagine, we were very disappointed. The only outstanding segment was the service. For a high end restaurant, I suggest some other location.
