“Don't miss it!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 2, 2014 via mobile

Oh my gosh, if you can find this place you won't be sorry! It's an ultra fresh ultra clean country style buffet. I'm not usually a buffet fan but this one is well worth it. Delicious ribs, best fried chicken I ever ate. Fabulous selection of fresh, raw as well as cooked vegetables and homemade breads. I was disappointed in the banana pudding, would have expected warm and homemade instead of cool instant pudding, other than that it was INCREDIBLE!

“very greasy food”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 11, 2014

We stopped by for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was fairly busy. We noticed there were a good amount of working people about 40% and about 50% retired the remainder were young families, so we thought this might be good. We had the fried chicken which was very dry including the legs and thighs. The biggest surprise was for being a southern cooking restaurant
the chicken had no seasoning. Shaking salt on the dry chicken actually helped it. The vegetables looked really good but the all were under seasoned and very greasy. Looking at the desert choices did not help, I was expecting a cobbler but found basic cookies and unappealing frozen pies. We most likely will avoid.

“Great food, interesting concept.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 12, 2014

We decided to stop by after briefly reading some reviews stating that the food was excellent. What we failed to understand was that it's a buffet. Sort of. They have a menu with some great looking items, but the majority of the food is served on an all-you-can-eat buffet.

The interesting part is they have two different pricing structures. If you finish the majority of the food you take, the price ends up being about 2-3 dollars cheaper. I'm not sure how you could leave any of the food on your plate at this place though.

I don't eat seafood or fish, so that eliminated quite a few items, but the beef tips, biscuits, sides, and banana pudding were fantastic.

We don't live in Florida and were visiting, but would stop back in and eat there again next time we're down.

“Excellent farm to plate food, not a typical buffett”

Love the freshness of food and the choice of different entrees every day. Salad area is great and the desserts taste homemade.
