Our 3rd annual "Girls Trip" took us to Hutchinson Island, Florida. Again, I volunteered to be the Tour Guide for the week! Places to go and things to see are the easy part of the job and are agreed on in advance. We spent our days at botanical gardens, museums, and even climbed the Jupiter Lighthouse. Then hunger sets in.......and the hunt begins! Most times the locals are helpful or the "chains" are easy to find. After a wonderful stroll thru McKee Botanical Gardens, it was time for lunch. With no particular plans, the four of us started watching for the perfect choice. A short drive along Us Highway 1 and the sign appeared.....Cottage Grill...even the name
sounds Yummie. This is a small restaurant with a center bar and the friendliest staff. While waiting for our orders to arrive, we asked about the art work on display and inquired about their website. One of the owners actually came over and sat down at our booth with his laptop and showed us the website as well as info on the art work! This was a surprise find and would certainly recommend it to anyone in the area! Oh, yeah.......the food was as great as the service!
