We drove up to Port St. Joe for dinner one afternoon from Carrabelle Beach. Figured we would find tons of places to eat considerting it was on the water. WRONG! We drove around a bit, didn't see anything that suited us, and just happened to turn into the marina and found it! Great food, wonderful view and service was terrefic.

Finally tried the Dockside Cafe in Port St. Joe Florida on our way to Cape San Blas. The food was good, the atmosphere was fun and the service was great. Very good Rum Runners too--neither too weak nor too strong. Super friendly staff and the gulf breeze coming in the open windows was awesome.

Ate dinner here. had the shrimp plate. service was quick, it has to be, very small place to eat. Not special, I would not wait in line to eat here. Has out door seating. They had a new menu starting May 26, 2013. The old menu had steak on it, which is what I went there for. No steak on new menu.

Took a chance and was not disappointed. We had grilled talipia and jumbo shrimp. Both were excellent and the conch fritters was good as well. We ate outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather while sipping on our delicious virgin daiquiris. Jodi, our server was very nice and did her very best to meet our needs.
