Enjoyed the hospitality of proprietor Debbie's home away from home in the comfortable surroundings of a charming beach community. Everything nearby including a backyard BBQ!
Guaranteed you'll love it too! Fantastic home made breakfasts!

Room Tip: Call ahead and talk to Debbie. She'll set you straight.

We decided to do a quick Christmas trip to Port St. Joe, and since it wasn't exactly beach weather, decided to stay in town at the Tiki Palms. We live elsewhere on the Gulf Coast ourselves, but vacation in PSJ so our dogs can join us. The Tiki Palms has an apartment that is dog-friendly, at no extra charge for the pups. There is a very nice patio that is mostly fenced, complete with a tiki bar (bartender not included), propane fireplace, and a steel drum. Very private and relaxing. The apartment is cutely furnished but not luxurious, which was what we expected for the suite that allows dogs. There is a kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, frig, and coffeemaker in the apartment. The main house, where breakfasts were served, is a quaint, nicely decorated older home, with a modern kitchen. We were given full access to the main house as well as our apartment, and found the frig stocked with delicious sandwich fixin's and other snacks, soft drinks and bottled water. If there were leftovers from the delicious breakfasts, Debbie left them behind for us to snack on later. We have never been so well fed! There was a small TV in our apt., but a big screen in the main house was available, along with lots of DVDs to watch. There is WiFi, which worked well, and cable/satellite TV. Since it wasn't the busy season, we were allowed to check in early and check out late, so we could fit in all the activities we wanted. A very accommodating innkeeper! We have decided that staying in town is the way to go, and will do so even in beach season. It was so nice to be within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. There is also a nice multi-use path nearby for running/biking/skating. Bicycles were available for guest use. Can't wait to return!

Debbie and Greg at the Tiki Palms were just wonderful! The layout is very family, boat, scalloping, and big appetite friendly! We had plently of room for our family of six; great room, lots of places to relax inside and out, lots of food stocked in the main fridge (her breakfast each morning is to die for), and you feel like you are at home. Everything you are used to in a hotel suite (toiletries, complementary soda/water, cable, free wi-fi) but the feel of home. Talk about the best of both worlds! Out of all the great things we've done over the summer, the kids decided that this was the best weekend! We can't wait to go back next summer :)

Had reservations and told owner we were disabled. Only had a tub bath that we could not use. Went somewhere else but were charged on our credit card eventhough we did not stay there

This gentleman made his reservation online. He reserved a room which has a queen bed and a jacuzzi tub. He called me and I made him aware of the queen bed and jacuzzi tub. He agreed to the room. He made the reservation for 4th of July weekend; on weekend stays we have a 7 day cancellation policy. He came into our inn looked at the room and said this isn't going to work. He then told me they could not use the tub. They saw all of this on our website. They wanted us to find them another place of lodging which we did. I had 6 other people that wanted to have that room for the weekend. They wanted to stay longer but he booked it before anyone else did. We did not deceive these people in anyway. Our record of customer satisfaction speaks for itself.

You will not be disappointed with this Inn! Debbie, the owner, really knows how to pamper you while you enjoy your vacation. She was so accommodating, helpful, and very friendly. You are spoiled with a breakfast feast in the morning and then she supplies water and snacks for you everyday. Those "little touches" meant so much! Port St Joe is the perfect Quiet vacation and people are so friendly. We hope to visit again and the Tiki is where you will find us!

We've been staying at the "Tiki" 2 years now, this is about our 8th trip. The owners, Debbie & Greg are so accommodating, pet friendly, and the food is fantastic. The court yard is so much fun, the house is beautiful, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. It's priced very reasonable. Debbie is so easy to work with, she just goes way beyond, which is why we'll go back every time we go to Port St. Joe. Would never stay anywhere else.

Thank you to Debbie for making our stay in Port Saint Joe a great time! The rooms were fabulously inexpensive for bed and breakfast standards and the breakfast was so good. This is truly a hospitable bed and breakfast. No, you don't have a view of the beach and the neighborhood isn't ritzy, but all in all, a good place to stay. I would recommend this if you are traveling to the Panhandle because its a great location. We drove from Tampa and hit all the wineries on the way! One thing I will STRESS...do NOT go to Sunset Grill, but head to Indian Pass Raw Bar or Joe Mama's Pizza....this is where the LOCALS go. www.travelisrequired.com
