The night we dined at Catches, the rain was coming down in torrents and had been for 2-3 days.
This we figured, was probably why the place was virtually empty. Never the less, we were seated by a water view table and our waitress was superb. In fact, it was because of her bubbly spirit and positive attitude that we had such a pleasant experience. The food was good except the sea food bisque, which was luke warm but tasty. Other dishes ordered that evening was Pork Oso Busko, sirloin tips, Grouper, Mahi Mahi sandwich, Crab legs and pasta. All were satisfying and no one complained. We even splurged for desserts which were delicious and topped off our evening perfectly. We found the place to be clean, well appointed and with an enjoyable atmosphere. Catches may not be a five star restaurant but it certainly filled the ticket for our party that night and we would recommend it.
