“Catfish and Cinnamon Rolls ”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 25, 2014 via mobile

We had just completed an 8 day cruise where there is no lack of food. However we could not pass Aunt Catfish without stopping in for the Sunday brunch and as per usual, we were not disappointed. There is usually a wait but that is because the food is good- not lack of service. We have eaten here when in the Daytona area for MANY years- and have seen others restaurants come and go. You won't go wrong trying this one. The Cinnamon Rolls are just the "icing on the cake" to all the great food served here.

“This was so good we ate there twice.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 23, 2014

The seafood was great, camp fixin bar and salad bars are great. Lots of food. We had enough leftovers for another meal. Staff was very attentive. We had the best scallops and salmon. We ate there when we went to the beach and again on the way out it was so good.

“Great food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 23, 2014 via mobile

Great food, good salad bar can be a meal if not starving. Boat sinker pie is excellent!! The restaurant is on the water, has live music outside while you wait for a table, it is usually busy unless you go early. Pretty setting.

“So good we almost ate here 3 times on our vacation!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 22, 2014

My husband and I were in Daytona for Bike Week after a 15 year hiatus. Had no idea where to eat so turned to Trip Advisor. Saw some really good reviews on this place. The salad bar was what initially tipped it in our favor because when on vacation I tend not to eat as much leafy greens. The place was crowded, so try to get there early if possible. The food was *excellent*. The salad bar was very extensive. Homemade dressings, 2 different kinds of coleslaw, grits, potato salad, broccoli salad, cornbread, oh my so much food. And then warm cinnamon rolls to boot. You could go there and just get the salad bar and fixins' bar and be satisfied. We went there 2 nights in a row. I really wanted to go back for a 3rd, but figured we better at least try some variety. Now that we've been back from vacation for a week, I'm sorry we didn't go that 3rd time.

“View is very nice & the food is great”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 22, 2014

We stayed at the Wyndham Ocean Walk in Daytona Beach the last week of Feb & the 1st week of Mar 2014 & went to the Aunt Catfish’s on the recommendation of one of the attendants at the resort. The place is right on the water so the view is very nice & the food was great. Much busier than the Blue Grotto where we ate the night before (we waited about 10 minutes) & a tad noisy. Friendly & efficient staff. 2 of us had to try the catfish & it was simply the best catfish I’ve ever eaten - nicely filleted, moist with crispy edges. My wife & her friend said the salad bar, fried shrimp & coconut shrimp were excellent. The Cinnamon buns were a nice surprise & very tasty. We will be back next time we are in Daytona Beach.
