We joined another couple here for dinner for the first time. Everything was great.... peanuts, bread, beer, steak.... no complaints. What made this place special was the "special birthday" song! The bring over a saddle that the birthday person mounts and the whole restaurant starts yelling "Saddle up, saddle up!" Once the birthday person is on the mock horse the waiter makes the announcement that it's their "x" age birthday and asks everyone to give them a big Texas style "yee haw".... Everyone then yells "YEEHAW!" What fun!

The steak are great. The service was slow because they were busy. You can pick your own steak if you like.if you like steaks this is the place.

The food and wait staff is always good. this time was no exception. the sirloin tips were good, but not as good as before. I asked for them to be cooked medium and its was a little overcooked, other than that everything was good

We have tried this restaurant several times hoping for improvement. No luck. Steaks are mediocre at best. Bar B Q chicken breast is dry and barbq sauce apparently added to a grilled breast after it has been cooked. Pork chops are very poor quality. I understand that this is a roadhouse but the music is way too loud to enjoy your meal. It is impossible to hear others trying to speak to each other because of the music volume. There too many good alternatives available in this city to waste an evening eating poor food while your ears are assaulted.
