Went here for an early supper as we had a gift certificate. Server was good except we had to ask for bread stix after the meal was served-I guess that keeps down the unlimited bread stix. Salad is basic iceberg bagged lettuce with 2 tomatoes and 2 pepperoncinis and onions-nothing special here. Eggplant parm was just ok---separate pieces of eggplant, deep fried with cheese and sauce on it. My husband had ravioli with meat sauce and the meat sauce was very good, tasted fennel so it must have had sausage in it-he enjoyed it. He also had Gnocci soup-very little chicken and only pieces of gnocci--very salty. I just don't get the allure of Olive Garden.

Okay so they are not " real" Italian eateries but the choice on the menu was wide and varied. Excellent service boosted the experience and the value could not be contested.
Certainly recommend the place and would visit again.
Downside was that as the place emptied the a/c cooled the place a bit to well.

There is often a wait for a table at Olive Garden restaurants but in the past it has been worth it - at this one it wasn't. The staff were brusque and unhelpful and the delivery of food to the table was very slow. Then, after their delays, they started hoovering the floors as an invitation for us to leave! On top of that my wife's tiramisu was solid ice but the waitress seemed to think she should eat it anyway. We won't be going back. Carrabes just down the road is a similar style and much better in every way.

Good value for the money. Management needs to re-think staffing ratios. One sole bartender for lunchtime attending dozens of people is an invitation to disaster. Service suffers tremendously. Wait staff looks tired, overworked, and stressed out. Smiles seem like a veneer of forced courtesy. Not a place to come and celebrate a special occasion. The salad is mostly lettuce unless you specify otherwise. Soups are outstanding. Pasta is not al dente. Sauces are heavy. Quality is inconsistent from visit to visit. Best for a quick bite and low price.
