Fifty nine dollars a night PLUS a three dollar per day 'resort fee'. No club discounts in January are applicable (specifically Passport America). It's too expensive for the amenities provided. A positive is that it is a well established mobile home community populated largely by friendly seasonal Canadian residents. It is safe, clean, and quiet. The resident brown rabbit population was a delight to see.
The park's WIFI service vendor, Chestnut Communications, will fleece you online for service which doesn't stay connected to the net - do not waste your money. It doesn't work and didn't for the entire three days we paid for.
No cable TV, no internet, & only sporadic truck delivery of propane which I found odd for a 'permanent' residential park.
Plan on using your RV's bathroom. It's a fair walk to the bathhouse in/with shower gear from where they assign you to park as a 'transient' guest. It's also a walk to the dumpster at the main entrance for trash disposal.
We wouldn't stay again due to the high price and lack of services; at full price, they should provide internet and cable television.More
