Love the view, bartenders are friendly, and the drink specials are just right for locals- $3 margaritas for example. It has an indoor / outdoor beachy setting. I haven't eaten here so can't comment in the food but definitely drink here.

We had dinner at Baja when Rusty's was too crowded. The food was average. I had a dozen tiny, tiny oysters on the half shell. In fact, they were way too small to be taken from their mother. My husband had an adequate catfish. The cold slaw was average. The service was lacking. When I ordered oysters on the half shell, she asked whether I wanted them cooked or raw. Duh! The key lime pie was great, but it was $7! It wasn't that good. Perhaps, the Seafood Atlantic Restaurant down the street would be a better choice. See my review of that restaurant.

I love finding "hole in the wall" place and Baja fits that description. BUT it was well worth the visit. Everything from the service, to the view was spectacular. And since we ate on the outside deck we got the pleasure of meeting Egg Roll. Stop, sit and relax overlooking the dock where there are working fishing boats, and enjoy the good food! You'll be glad you did!

Lobster dinner was mediocre at best, and the size of the meal could hardly be called more than a snack. Do potatoes really cost so much they have to skimp? Caesar salad had tough chicken and was also mediocre in taste. To add to that, the soda tasted bad - waiter claimed no-one had ever complained about the soda before - find that very hard to believe. Perhaps not surprizing that the place seemed quite empty. I would not eat there again.

We have eaten here before, some time ago, but had another friend with us, who hadn't been before. It was as good as the last visit, friendly service and good food. The lobster soup was especially good. Great value for money and better food and service than restaurants double the price,
