My foursome (three brothers and a best friend) arrived hungry from traveling the first day at 11:30 pm on our five day trip to play Tpc Sawgrass. Chelsie informed us that the kitchen was closed but totally understood our situation. She raided the kitchen, heated wheat bread loaves, sliced tomatos and cheese, brought hummus and crackers what ever she could to satisfy our hunger. She also introduced us to a "Baby Guinness" which she promised would take the edge off our long day of traveling (she was so right). She bragged that Aqua Grill had the best seafood and we promised to return for dinner on our last night. We ended up returning 3 of the 4 nights visiting the bar each night and dining in the resturant the last. Besides the awesome golf locate litterally across the street (in fact walking distance- you can ask my younger brother he had to one night) finding Aqua Grill and it's magic bar was truly the highlight of our trip. We became part of the family which included Ron, Mary, Alissa, Terra and of course Debbie and Tony. Where I come from, South Louisiana, we hug our family and friends and it was soo fun to see how our new friends started leaning into the big hugs we had for them.
So in short our experience at Aqua Grill was not just about the fantastic food we ate but it was about how the staff from the manager, owner, bar staff and locals made us feel. We can not wait to reschedule our trip next year or sooner!
