I am in Ponte Vedra on a regular basis every three months and I return to this hotel because of the consistent care, friendly help, maintained rooms, and what you would expect from a Hilton as I am a Hilton Honors member and have been to quite a number of them

I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra to anyone looking for a hotel that provides outstanding customer service!

I would like to recognize and commend the excellent customer service provided by Anna Washington, Director of Sales in booking of the hotel rooms and her team during our Golf Tournament on April 7th-10th, 2013 at TPC Sawgrass. Our guests checking in for the tournament were greeted with a smile and we are here to accommodate you "attitude" by Jeanette Perry, Sioby Wiggins and Debi Jorgensen. We had excellent shuttle service provided by Nicole Eady back and forth from TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse. Thank you for an wonderful stay! Angela Gilbert

We have stayed at this hotel before. I have many allergies one of which is to chlorine bleach. I mentioned this last year during my stay and forgot to ask for chlorine free sheets this time when I made the reservation. I asked if it was too late to request the chlorine free sheets at check in and imagine my surprise that they had seen it on my profile and already had a room ready for me. Talk about service! To top that, there was a knock on the door. It was the supervisor with a second set of sheets to make sure that I was comfortable. You cannot beat the service, the kindness and the concern of the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville!

We are Hilton Honor members but have never stayed at a Garden Inn before. This hotel was great - friendly greeting when we walked in and a helpful and friendly staff throughout our entire visit. We had a spacious clean suite which was very comfortable. We went to Mulligans, the hotel restaurant, and had wonderful fish and chips. Again a friendly and efficient staff. After dinner as we were returning to our room and the friendly receptionist (Christine ?) offered us delicious cookies. There was a great deal of construction in the area but we were never bothered by it. There was a nice buffet breakfast in the AM but you could also order off the menu. Again great service and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Greeted by Candy at check in, the property staff is helpful and friendly. I was an early arrival, and was immediately checked in. She told me a bit about the property so I could get my bearings, and greeted me as a HGI honors member. Bad things first. The property is about 12 years old, but seems older and in need of renovation. Carpeting is worn and spotted throughout the elevators and hallways and is in need of replacing. I had a suite 412 I believe and the room was large and the livingroom and bathroom were fine, but the bedroom had a moldy smell. I cranked on the AC to try to help with that. Seaside properties seem to have a difficult time with mold. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't stand it, and having read other reviews, i had expected a bit of it. The furnishings and decor were out of dated. I would have guessed the property was built in the 1980's and was surprised to hear it was only 12 years old. There is construction in the area, but it is not at all bothersome to the property. They begin late at end early, so it is in no way disturbing to your stay.

On the upside, the staff is wonderful, all of them, from desk agent to housekeeping. Very helpful and kind. The rooms are super large, unlike most hotel rooms, these are a great size. The view is simple, area surroundings. I would stay here again. The location is great if you need to be near the golf course, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores near by if you stay more than a few days. If only there one night, I would not miss the restaurant in the hotel. Dallas is a great bartender, and the fare is fantastic. Fried pickles anyone? Yes, they are amazing. The service is fantastic and the burgers are to die for!

Comfy bed, clean room, although a bit musty, great friendly staff, and wonderful location.

Room Tip: Guest agent said to ask for an 11 room, that the views were better. 12 rooms are across from the ic...

We have kinfolk in Ponte Vedra Beach who have downsized to the point where they can no longer provide sleeping space for the entire family when we all visit at the same time.

We have subsequently been to this property over a 1/2 dozen times.

Our latest visit (Easter of 2013) was as good as the first. The staff is probably the most welcoming you are likely to see in the worlds of Marriott and Hilton. The rooms are kept extremely clean.

There is ongoing construction in a mall area that is adjacent to this inn. I would guess the work will be completed later in 2013. This impacts the free parking only to the extent that you might have to park 50 yards or so further from the front door.

The "beep beep beep" of construction equipment in reverse gear can be an issue if you are a light sleeper in the AM. But hey. That's why you should travel with a white noise app on your smartphone. Reception was helpful in assigning us a room away from the activity.

This place is a bargain for the area. We are happy to recommend it.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the mall remodeling project next door.

Due to a funeral, we needed to find a hotel for a last minute trip to Ponte Vedra Beach. Immediately, we looked to the Hilton. We have stayed here several times, all without disappointment. The staff here make it so welcoming. They are cheerful and caring no matter what time of day. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
