The breakfast buffet was very diverse with many options of different type foods. For a buffet I was impressed as it did not appear to have been waiting on us for hours as some buffet food will. It was very tasteful and cooked well. The service could have been better but it was not bad.
Play the course the pro's play at the Players. Just like them, you must walk the course but it is a worthwhile experience for every golfer so that you can visualize the course when on TV next. I only rated 4 stars due to the walking requirement.
Not only is TPC Stadium home to the most iconic hole in all of golf, it's also home to the PGA Tour's flagship golf tournament. You can play exactly where the pros play while taking in the scenery. Ponte Vedra is also home to great vehicle access beaches as well as shopping.
I have loved this course since the fourth time I played it (it took me three times to appreciate it). The staff is always helpful (though the rangers are largely ineffective) and the Forecaddie program makes the round much more enjoyable (ask for Marco-he's the best). Making a two-day visit with the TaylorMade Performance Lab will greatly enhance your experience, and staying at the Sawgrass Marriott is the way to go.
