I've been a Houston's customer for the better part of 30 years. Over that time, I've seen changes to the menu and locations, some good, some completely boneheaded. However, it is always consistent, time in and time out. Service is always excellent, and fresh citrus the squeeze to order makes the drinks at the bar that much better. If you're looking for a bargain, you won't find it here, and you may even be taken aback by the prices in general, but it's always a good meal and you can watch the boats go by while you're gnawing on your fall-off-the-bone ribs that they marinate in bacon fat.
