I had lunch here today with two friends. Joseph was our waiter (he also is an owner) and he explained all the dishes emphasizing both their freshness and the ingredients. Obviously he takes great pride in the food served here. We brought out a complimentary appetizer of Salami and olives and the most delicious in house made bread. Each person at the table ordered a pasta dish and they were all excellent. This is true Sicilian cooking (I've been there twice). Joseph was kind enough to tell us about how they bake their bread and also about olive oil and olive trees as well as about Sicily. It was very educational. The chef, Joseph's father came out of the kitchen and greeted us. This is a great family run restaurant and they definitely do their best to provide a memorable meal.
