This place was a disgusting terrible hotel. If you want to stay in a crack den then this is the place for you. Stains on walls, floors, pillows, bed, doors, curtains really everything. The room smelled musty. I felt like if I stayed in there for more then the 30 min it took me to book a different hotel I would catch some illness. Then the hotel employee lied and said we stayed there 3 hours so we couldn't get our money back for that day. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Bed bugs. I'm serious. I'm not a complainer. This is really bad. The friend that was with me had a serious reaction, and went to urgent care. The place is dirty. No services. Requested sheets get changed because of a giant stain that was on them when I arrived. They didn't do it. I called down that evening. They made me come down to the office to get a new set of sheets and change them myself. I think this is when I got a lot of these bed bug bites. want pics? I got them. For your safety and comfort, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Booked this hotel through a travel site. The pictures were nicer than actual hotel. Hotel used to be a Best Western a long time ago in a galaxy far far away. Current condition is pretty run down. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. The business computer didn't work very well, ended up walking next door to the Holiday Inn to print concert tickets and boarding passes. If you are on a budget and need a place for a couple of days it is ok and serves the purpose. The Holiday Inn right next door is really nice but cost at least $50- $60 more a night.

After reading previous reviews I was a little skeptical but booked based on a relatives suggestion, who actually meant Sawgrass Grand Hotel. The hotel has seen better days and needs upgrades, however, if served our purposes well enough and we met fellow country men while there.

We were allowed very early check in with no problem, and when we requested downstairs versus upstairs room (elevator was being repaired that day) our luggage was secured since downstairs rooms were still being cleaned. We returned late that night to a clean room with ice cold air conditioning, I had to request a blanket which front desk personnel provided with a smile.
No iron in room which seemed to surprise front desk person but we didn't really need one. Would have had to wait for night person to get one.
Free Shuttle service to and from Sawgrass Mall at set times, otherwise there is a$15 charge per trip (for 3 of us) if we needed the service. We didn't. Sawgrass Mall within 5 miles with scores of eateries and shopping options.

For a price of less than $60/night I'd definitely consider this hotel as an option again.

Just Gross and should be taken off of the "to remain unnamed" website I booked it on. I took a picture of my pillowcase and sheets that had someone else's black hair on it. This hotel should not be a part of online packages.
