Great food - satisfied whole family - 2 seniors, one age 31 Mom and age 9 son. We were all full and liked everything we ordered. Want to return to try more.

We live in Argentina and visit Florida every year. It had been several years since we had been back to Carrabba's and was not the same. The pasta weesie was bland and the local looked worn down. I'm wondering if expansion has caught up and quality is suffering.

We expected more from this place but find Olive Garden & Macaroni Grill much better. The service was slow & their marinara sauce tasted like jar sauce. The soup tasted like it came out of a can. Prices were pretty high for what you got. The foodt wasn't BAD but it sure wasn't GOOD. Pretty sad experience. VERY dark lighting, couldn't even read the menu.

It has been a while since we visited this location. The food was good, the Chicken Marsala was tasty, but the chicken was slightly overdone. The service was much better than previous visits here. For a Friday night, they were not as busy as we have seen in the past. We will be back.

We have eaten at many Carrabba's across Florida and have always been satisfied. We appreciate the consistency of the food and knowing what to expect on the menu. We ate at this location on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights of last week. On Sunday, we were very impressed and delighted as the experience was as good as we've had at any other Carrabba's. Cameron was our server and he was impressive. Very fast, and extremely efficient. Our drinks, bread, and dipping oil were on our table in a snap. He took our orders and the appetizers arrived promptly. Within a few minutes of finishing, our entrees arrived. Everything was what we expected and was delicious! I had a pasta dish and spouse had the Damien. Also had the lemon bread pudding for dessert. Everything was delicious. We were very satisfied and decided to return on Tuesday. Couldn't believe we were at the same restaurant! Our server was clueless and forgot bread, after pouring the dipping oil and walking away. We had to ask for bread when our entrees were delivered. Also watched as another server dumped an entire bottle of olive oil on the floor, just missing a young man (celebrating his graduation). The food was good but the service was poor. While online the next day, I found an email from Carrabba's that contained a $10 coupon. The discount could be applied to the purchase of 2 entrees. So, we returned one last time. I ordered sangria, along with chicken parm. My spouse ordered an appetizer of calimari with a margharita pizza for an entree. Also ordered the chocolate dream for dessert. Needless to say, when the server (another clueless young man) told us that pizza is not considered an entree, we were floored. Are you kidding me???? The bill was fairly high, given the sangria and dessert, and separate appetizer. And you can't knock off $10??? Ridiculous. The server said that he checked with the general manager (an Asian gentleman who'd already passed by and asked how everything was) and was told no. We were disgusted. We spent several hundred dollars in this restaurant last week and felt nickled & dimed by this. We didn't bother to pursue it, but felt ticked off enough to write this review. If someone is ordering a pizza, after ordering an appetizer and before ordering a dessert, wouldn't it make sense to consider the damn pizza an entree???? We will still eat at Carrabba's because it can be hard to find decent food in some parts of Florida, but we would not return to this location.
