We stopped for a quick lunch and appreciated the fast, efficient but pleasant service. We ordered the fatty brisket (if you're going to get brisket get the fatty) and it melted in our mouth. We did the BBQ Trail in Texas and this brisket was amazing and much better. A must try is the fried smoked chicken. The chicken is smoked then quickly fried much like fried chicken. Phenomenal. At this time, it's been only on the menu 6 months and the most popular item.
The best sides are the bbq beans and what seemed like freshly baked rolls; other sides we ordered were just so-so. But you don't really visit a bbq place for the sides ... I took a dot off for their tea - unfortunately made with what I suspect is unfiltered tap water, it tasted horrifically like sulphur ( tap water we experienced in Florida was sulphurous in some locations)
We only wish we had a chance to visit again during our Florida trip.
