We took our three grandchildren, ages 8, 5, and 3 and they loved every minute of our tour.
The grounds are beautiful and the dinosaurs are maintained beautifully--all 200 of them!!
The fossil dig and the geod mining were worth the extra charge. They did everything and our grandson (the 5 year old) asked to go back every day of our vacation. The playground is great and there is seating throughout the park if you tire. We plan to take them again!

So my friends and I went here with our dogs. Why you may ask? Well, we don't have kids and well-behaved dogs on leashes are FREE! So we spent a few hours taking photos with our dogs in front of dinosaur statues. And that's mostly what this place is...a lot of dinosaur statues. There's a small museum with real bones, and animatronic Dino's, a show about digging for Dino's and a dig site you can explore, but mostly statues.

Any kid who loves dinosaurs would love it. Anyone with a dog will have fun. For a cheap, interesting, relaxing day, go here!

The grounds are SUPER clean and the staff is very friendly!

We passed Dinosaur World during every trip to Disney and always thought it looked like a total typical Florida tourist trap. When my son was 4, we finally decided to give it a go. IT IS NOT A TRAP...IT IS GREAT! Really large playground area for the kids to play, ample picnic tables to eat (they do not serve food there, bring your own!), and a fossil dig. All of that even before you even get to the dinosaur "forest"! Over 200 life sized dinosaurs are there to see as you meander through the shaded wooded area. It is exciting to see the variety of species that once roamed the earth! Each dinosaur has an information plaque to read all about them. It is hard to read all that you would like when you've got a kiddo with you, but look forward to returning now that my son is older. Now he can read some of the info as well! This is a really fun and educational place that we look forward to seeing again. If you or a family member has any interest at all in dinosaurs, it is a must-see.

We took our boys 2 years ago. They had a blast. they had a great time looking at the exhibits. We are planning another trip to Florida and we are making this part of our trip.
If you have little one's they will like this experience.

Our three year old really enjoyed Dinosaur World. There was "panning for gold" area where you could pay to wash stones/gold out of sand like they did in the old days which was pretty neat. The dinosaur trail was bigger than I expected and there was a lot to see. We didn't do too many other optional parts of the park due to a rain storm but it was a very well spent 2-3 hours. There is also a room full of fossils and a few animatronic dinosaurs. Overall, this attraction is a good value for your money and geared toward young kids.
