Description: The Sunset Grille at Holiday Harbor Marina overlooks the intracoastal waterway and is accessable by car or by boat. Air conditioned seating is available inside, or enjoy the view outside on our dock-side deck, which is heated on chilly days. Our restaurant has a relaxed, family atmosphere with great prices and fresh daily seafood. For the children we have a large, enclosed playground with boats and jet skies they can "drive", as well as a climb and slide for small children. Or, they can just play in the white sand with sand toys. And, we are pet friendly! Items on our menu are prepared when ordered and include: • Specialty sandwiches--Grouper reuben and Sunset Fish Tacos • Deli sandwiches and burgers • Fresh-daily seafood sandwiches and entrees • Gumbo and soups • Full bar with cold beer, wine and specialty cocktails

Sunset Grill has become one of my family's favorite restaurants when we want to go out for seafood. It is a local restaurant and the owner usually walks around to greet the customers and make sure everything is OK. The waitresses seem to remember us when we come in and are always very friendly. We usually get the blackened fish po boys or taco wraps, but everything we have had there is delicious. I found the restaurant by asking a friend where to go for good chowder (not easily found down south) and was told to try Sunset Grill. I was not disappointed...the seafood chowder is absolutely delicious!!! You can even buy it in larger sizes to take home for you family or a party. I highly recommend Sunset Grill.

The owners represent whats wrong with most tourist locations. The view is fantastic and they think they can get away with just having a great view and heck with the food. The food is not good, The batter on the fried food is bland at best, None of the seafood is purchased locally, with most of it coming from China and Vietnam. What a shame, we live on the Gulf of Mexicao that has the best seafood in the world and they buy thier food from china to save a few pennies. China by the way has no FDA of any food safety standards. The salads are a joke. You pay $20 for an entree and they serve the salad in a 1 ounce portion in a plastic lid that belonged to something else. The wait staff is excellent though and will tell you off the record they are embarassed to serve some of the food. The location could be GREAT if you had a real operator that took pride in thier product. Thier best option is to move aside and let someone who cares about food and customers run the place. My best advise is to go there for a beer or some wine at sunset, which is beautiful, and then go to a REAL restruant,

Great spot on the cove for a rare view of the sunset on the water. That's hard to pull that off on the panhandle. The owners were cheery and the food was very good for what is basically a little drive next to the Marina. Kids loved the burgers. I enjoyed a blackened grouper sandwich. Even the molten chocolate cake was a hit. Grab the family and get there early for a seat on the water. Expansion is coming soon, but not too large to lose it's charm.

The view is terrific, right on the water. The food, however, was really bad. My daughter's chicken sandwich was so overcooked it tasted like cardboard and the fires were abut the worst I ever tasted. My grouper sandwich had a tiny piece of grouper and was just about flavorless. Really, nothing was good. I would head in the direction or Orange Beach to dine next time.

we found out about the sunset grill on the last night of our stay in perdido key, and it was the highlight of our stay. We are from Boston (ok..so 1/2 of us are from minnesota...) and we know good seafood. Grouper bites were awesome. Grouper po boy was delicious. Grilled snapper was superb. I had the seafood chowder and it was the best i have ever had. Eat here and you won't be disappointed by either the food or the ambience. Great, fun spot with great service and food.
