We made our first visit to Global Grill prior to Robin Williams' performance at the Sarnger Theater. It was booked up with reservations, so we had to wait 30 minutes for 2 seats at the bar.
It was worth the wait. We had a Cesar salad, a roast duck salad, crab cakes and seared tuna. It was all delicious, with gourmet preparation and presentation. The sauces and dressings were inventive, and everything was perfectly cooked. The only flaw was that the salads an entrees came out at the same time.
For desert we had a chocolate cake with pecan ice cream. The cake was like a gooey brownie, and served warm, with basil on top.
Service, atmosphere and location were outstanding. We'll be back - with reservations (the "save a table" kind).
