While dining at Outback you get a great atmosphere, good food, and decent service but something isn't quite right with the staff. Servers take breaks to go outside and when they return they reek of marijuana. Something isn't right there. How can their management team let this go on? Well because the proprietor is doing the same thing. She is terrible with customers but great with the dollars and running the store. I witnessed a customer fall and split his nose open and the propietor was so high that she didn't even handle the situation another customer and manager had to help this gentleman who was a little tipsy but still, it was her store and she should have been the one to fix the issue. She gets high and fraternizes with her waitstaff. Its a shame becaaus it is such a great place but the 7-15 people getting high in a work atmosphere is scary. I would be careful going into Outback, you never know what you might get by just dining there.
