This has to be to slowest Dunkin' Donut store anywhere. Everytime I stop here it takes 10 to 30 mins. to get served. They never have a good variety of donuts. Usually only one person is on the counter, even when there are a dozen people in line. That person has to take the order, make the drinks, get the food, etc; while the driveup person just stands there and the manager takes inventory or washes the floor.
The clerks routinely mess up the orders and have to redo them. Items that are in stock often can't be sold, because the owner hasn't entered them into invertory.
Parking is difficult due to the drive in lane feeding right in the parking area in front of the door.
They would never survive if they had any competition nearby.
