the pork sandwich was very tasty and the sweet tea was some of the best I've ever had. Also everyone that worked there was so friendly!

We ordered take out and the sides were missing. Do not order chopped chicken, it is not chopped but perfectly sliced chicken you could only get from one of those processed checked breast. Stale bread and dry ribs. Sadly, it was terrible and very disappointing.
Never would have expected to find BBQ this great in Pensacola! As a Tennessee native and Texas transplant, I'm a BBQ critic. These folks made some of the best brisket and chopped pork I've ever had, and the sauce was unbelievable! I only regret that I haven't eaten here sooner. A must-try for any visitor or resident of Pensacola!
Pensacola has quite a few barbecue spots. This one is my ultimate favorite! The meat is smoked outside in a big cast iron smoker. Try the lemon pie it is yummy!! Or try any of their homemade cookies.
I first noticed/visited this place in August 13. I'm retired Air Force and have been around and consider myself to know great/good/average/poor BBQ. This place is great. I have been there 3 times and have ordered the ribs each time and have had the smoked sausage twice. The meats were cooked perfectly with the right amount of smoke and seasoning. I can't speak for any other meats aside from those though. The sides are also good. Customer service is good and appears to be a family ran business. I have since moved to Virginia as of Sep 13, but will be back this weekend for a visit. This will be the first place I"ll eat at when I get there.
