Description: McGuire's Irish Pub first opened in 1977 as a small neighborhood pub in a shopping center. In 1982 McGuire's moves to its current location; Pensacola's original 1927 Old Firehouse. Inside the pub you'll find a turn-of-the-century, New York Irish Saloon themed 615-seat restaurant. We are celebrated for our atmosphere boasting more than One Million signed dollar bills hanging from the ceilings and walls of the Pub. In 1996, McGuire's Irish Pub of Destin opened on beautiful Destin Harbor with the same great food and live Irish entertainment. For the most current Menu's please visit our website.

“Still unique”
Reviewed January 1, 2014

It's been 20 years since we ate here, but other than many thousands of more dollar bills stapled to the walls and ceilings, nothing has change. Great buzz, fine food at reasonable prices, and a really fun atmosphere. Well trained staff, good times!

“Loved it”
Reviewed January 1, 2014

We visited for happy hour. This is one of the most interesting restaurants I've been to. Service was awesome. Food-delish! Drinks-yummy. They sell a drink called a wake (hopefully I got the name correct)? It comes in a mason jar that you can take with you as a souvenir. They also have 18 cent soup that costs $18 if you order it alone. Lol. This just a fun, laid back atmosphere. I loved it.

“Pensacola pub fare”
Reviewed December 31, 2013

If you want meat pudding and spotty dick and custard - by pass and look elsewhere. But if you want typical American version of British pub fare then this is as good as it gets. If you want ginger beer - give this a miss but newcastle brown or guiness are available.
In all honesty, this place serves good food at reasonable prices with plenty of drinks available.................

“Too much fun!”
Reviewed December 31, 2013

I finally visited McGuire's after several trips to the P'cola area. It was as fun as the food was good. The service was great. Bathrooms were clean and very interesting as well :-)

“not the best but good”
Reviewed December 27, 2013

My shepard"s pie was good but made with hamburger. I'm accustomed to good chunky cuts of beef in my "pie" but I was told before ordering that the place was a steakhouse so I should have asked. I should have ordered a steak anyway since someone else was getting one as I was leaving and it looked and smelled great. Berry 0 else was really good.
