When I think Village Inn, I think of just dropping in for a slice of pie between errands or during a long day of shopping. Twice I've been to this location, usually around 5 p.m., and both times they had about three pies to choose from. No French Silk, which I thought was their flagship pie. This last time they had lime, lemon meringue, and sugar free apple.
The staff was polite and the restaurant was clean, but the reason I go there is the pie, so they were wasted trips.
