Its a great place if you had an excitement for flight. There are a few historical spots where you learn bits of information you may not have known and some attractions set up to touch and walk on. Active kids will love being able to climb and play. Just keep your eyes open because right next to the interactive attraction is a roped off attraction. There is a food joint on premises to handle your food, drinks and restroom needs. If you have a love of planes, helicopters, navy, and history, this is great museum to go for low money excitement. Just know it is on base so any and everyone going through the gates must abide by their rules....and dont speed on the roads. Its a serious thing.

This place was fantastic we were able to see the Blue Angels practice and it was quite the sight to see! Highly recommend if you want to see history and love planes! They also have a nice cafe, rides and a movie theater.

If you like airplanes and learning the history of the US Navy aviators this is the place. So many planes and so many stories. You even learn why Navy Pier in Chicago exist. I am sucker for air museums and next to the Air Force museum in Dayton this place rocks.

This museum is among the top 3 in the country and the best for Naval Aviation. The sprawling complex has examples of almost every aircraft the Navy and the Marine Corps have flown in their respective histories. The educational opportunities are endless. The displays are well laid out in a logical progression. If you like aircraft and aviation then this museum should be on your list to visit.
