“Fun for everyone”

It was a very interesting event. We saw the Blue Angels, but it was extremely hot. So hot, that I wish I had brought an umbrella to protect myself from the excruciating sun. Get there early on the days they fly so you can get a seat.
The museum was huge! You can't see everything in one day. My boys went back the following day to see the rest of the hangers we didn't make it to. The Cubi Club was very good quick food, and the restaurant is a neat place to look around.

“One of the best military museums. Hands down.”
Reviewed August 26, 2014 via mobile

Expect to stare at everything. I just loved all the aircraft, including displaying other countries planes. Plan to spend allllllll day. Catch a tour with a vet, or just wander around in awe. Love the Corsair! If you can, watch the blue angels practice. Thrill a minute!

Dislike: too much to see in one day! The staff are very knowledgeable and make the tour a real treat.

This is a "must see" on any trip to or around Pensacola. It is hard to describe the awe you feel upon stepping inside! There is a history of aviation and space travel with many, many aircraft as well as a couple of the space modules on display. Too much to say in a review...Just something no one should miss if they are in the area!! Go back every time I'm in town!!

“Great museum plus free admission!”
Reviewed August 25, 2014

We went to the museum primarily for my son who loves planes. We all ended up finding it interesting. They have the actual planes not reproductions. They have a wonderful kid's play area. Kids (and adults) are encourage to climb in several of the planes and pretend. We took the trolley tour (also free). It was a bit hot the day we were there and the the driver/tour guide was difficult to understand from the back of the trolley.

It was a great way to spend a hot afternoon.
