“Great stay!”

Our experience at this hotel was excellent! It was a pleasure booking the room with Toni. Check in went very smooth. We were greeted with a smile and friendly attitude. The decor was very nice, not too fancy. The room had all the amenities: iron, hair dryer, alarm clock, coffee pot, fridge, microwave, newer flat screen TV. Bathroom was spotless and modern. The bed was comfy, sheets were clean and fresh. A/C worked great and ran quietly. Breakfast was very good and well stocked with a variety of food. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, gas stations, restaurants, and has ample parking. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely come back.

I have been staying at this hotel at least once a month for about a year (Aug., 2012 - July, 2013). Have found the staff in general to be very courteous and helpful, especially Toni Guthrie who is on the registration desk in the morning. She makes sure the breakfast setup is well stocked and the TV is on the right news channel.

Rooms are clean, freshly scented, and well supplied with Iron, Ironing board, fridge, and microwave.

Biscuits and sausage gravy is a hit with me.

Nice overall value for business travel.

This hotel was a very clean and comfortable hotel. The continental breakfast was good. It was especially kept well on the weekends with a lady name Brandy Bloski. She was very friendly and kept the bar stocked with goodies. She should be commended for her service because during the rest of the stay the bar was not as well kept and personal were not as friendly. So please do some kind of reward for Brandy

We truly enjoyed our stay last night. The rooms were neat, clean, and upscale! We especially enjoyed the helpful service of Brandy Bloski this morning. She provided a top notch breakfast with a clean and pleasant environment! She was helpful, friendly, and accommodating to our needs! We hope she is recognized and rewarded for her quality customer service! We'll definitely stay at this establishment in the future!

My family and I are very familiar with this hotel, being that it is where we spend much of our time when we travel to Pensacola. There are several reasons why we always stay at the Comfort Inn. The first is the Comfort Inn family. I've never felt so at home while away from home. Toni and Emily are always smiling and ready to go the extra mile when it comes to guest satisfaction. Another reason that we love this place is the cleanliness of the rooms, and the positive attitude that the housekeepers have. I've been in the hospitality business for several years, and I must say that to see a staff so eager to serve is awesome! To top it off, the breakfast was a great way to start off our morning before enjoying the pool with my kids. On behalf of my family, we just want to thank the family at the Comfort Inn for their fine service and for genuinely caring about us.

I am admittedly a hotel snob and have intentionally avoided Quality Inns throughout my travels. After a long drive here, I couldn't have been greeted more warmly and professionally than by Emily Dyer. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression and you can't do any better than Emily. The hotel is super clean, no smells (even the smell of Lysol or deodorizer is a hint that there is something to hide), comfortable, and a great, safe location. Quality Inn, you have a new fan.

My door wiggled everytime someone close to me shut their door. But the staff was wonderful and helpful and the room nice. The maid shorted me on towels the second day. I would stay there again. Room was clean and quiet and the bed was awesome.
