This hotel was very nice and very clean. Rooms were well kept and is close to just about everything (3 minutes from the mall as well as places to eat). The reasons I wouldn't rate it a 5 is because breakfast wasn't included, meals were kind of pricey, and the shower in our bathroom had a small leak which would leave a puddle at the foot of the tub. Also, unless you like pillows that you'd have to fold 3 times for some support, I would recommend you take your own pillows. Other than that, it was nice.

Staff was great from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff, bar staff and restaurant staff were great. The rooms were nice and in the area I prefer (high floor away from the elevator). One of the better hotels that I have stayed at for the price.

First of all the property is very nice and the staff is friendly in every department. Lobby is big and clean and the rooms the same. I was a little disappointed with quality of the bedding and the bed itself was suppose to adjust. Neither of could get our bed to adjust. Biggest dissappointment was you have to pay for breakfast. Its $5, $7 or $10 depending on what you want. Typically breakfast is complimentary at this chain. For the same room rate I would have stayed at Springfield suites or Homewood inn for same price and saved myself $20 on breakfast. Also a dunkin donut next door as an option.

This is a classic Garden Inn...comfortable rooms and in a convenient, near I-10 location. Staff is friendly and professional; rooms are quiet and well-made. The hotel food is overpriced as expected so although the menu looked good, we did not try it.

My wife and I came in town for three days and everyone was super friendly. The hotel is close to all amenities needed to have a good time. You are about fifteen minutes from the beach. That is the only distance driving you have. Other than that the pool was nice and clean and warm and the breakfast that was put out was very tasty.
