Came from a recommendation as we are new to the area and love fresh seafood. There is a restaurant on site, ana's wine sales, sushi bar, small grocery to complement the seafood then the seafood market which has all kinds of mainly locally caught seafood. Take a number but be ready to go when they call as it moves quickly even when it's busy. I went to order sushi, figured out what we wanted from the seafood market and got a number. We were promptly called on, I was able to get some freshly caught large gulf shrimp, sea scallops and mahi mahi for grilling that night. They even pack it on ice to help you out. Got this and the sushi and got in and out efficiently. The seafood was amazing! If you love seafood and want to dine there or just bring some home to fix this is definitely the place to go. Will definitely be a regular here and recommend for any seafood lover!!!

Joe Patti's is just a wonderful place for seafood lovers; you get the best quality seafood at great prices. They really don't “mark-up” the seafood like other resort areas in the Florida Panhandle. You have to try the sushi also, the freshest, biggest and buttery pieces of salmon that you have ever tried. Just another little tip, they also have a fine wine shop on site, where you can pick up some great wine and just sit back on the outside patio and enjoy your sushi with a Japanese beer (Sapporo is my choice). The people are friendly and the atmosphere is lively. Also inside they have a cheese and Gelato shop where you can purchase baked goods and items for dinner; it is truly a one stop shop for your lunch and dinner needs. So get yourself down there and check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Stopped at Joe Patti's today to select our dinner. This is our first time in Pensacola and We heard that this place was a must do, and boy was that the truth. There are so many fresh seafood choices to pick from that we let our number go by because we could not decide what we wanted. We ended up chosing the fresh flounder filets and some scallops. We stopped at the little produce stand outside of the market and picked up some local tomatoes and homemade strawberry jam. We brought it home and had an old fashion fish fry like we use to have in Delaware. WOW!! this fish was as fresh as it was when we use to catch it ourselves. If I was driving back to Md. I would be bringing as much fish back that would fit in a cooler.

We visited Joe Patti's while on vacation to the area. We were actually staying about an hour away, but were told that Joe Patti's is a must-visit if you want the freshest seafood around. We were more than overwhelmed when we first walked in the door. We had read some reviews and saw that you have to take a number to get served so we did so right away, but they called our number so quickly, we hadn't even begun to absorb everything, so we turned it in and then did a tour of the place. We ended up by the deli and since we were hungry for something right away, decided to try some clam chowder and gumbo to share. They give you fresh bread of your choice with each order. We chose the sourdough as we had tasted it while waiting and it was outstanding! We also decided to get some pad thai shrimp salad that they had there as well and it was good, but not as good as the chowder! The gumbo was also good, but the chowder blew us away. Best we've ever had I think! We picked up some cold beer in Anna's Wine Store on site and sat outside at some picnic tables to eat. Afterwards, we surveyed all the fresh fish and loaded up. Every kind of fresh fish imaginable at very reasonable prices! We got monkfish, sea bass, scamp, grouper, huge scallops. shrimp and oysters, all packed in ice to go. Then we discovered the sushi bar hidden in the back of the market and decided to pick up some rolls to go. The sushi was very good and extremely fresh as they make up your rolls as you order them. If you are ever in the area, you should definitely try Joe Patti's!
