Overall the place isn't the best but it's not the worst. They don't clean your room unless you ask them to. Our phone didn't work in the room. It did take them a min to fix our door because our keys wouldn't work. The Wi-Fi only works in the lobby which made no sense. All rooms face the gulf which was great. After reading all the reviews online I was a little worried about what i was going to find so i brought the Lysol, Clorox bleach and the air freshener just in case. I only used the Lysol on the beds. If you don't have a lot of money this will work for you. The only time that we were in the room was to sleep. If you do have a few extra dollars get the rooms with the kitchenette.

I have visited Panama City twice for spring break and both times stayed at this hotel. Both times I've had wonderful experiences. The staff has always been nice the rooms have always been up to par as well. This is not the newest and fanciest hotel but it does the job, the view of the ocean is spectacular. The location works out well to it's right next to a club. Price was reasonable as well.

This hotel was booked on Expedia for its cheap rate..(not really, we paid $1000 for six nights, seven days, Monday through Sunday). This was done online through expedia's name your price option. Once we figured out what we got, we tried to get our money back since we had three adults and two kids with us but the hotel wouldn't refund us two weeks in advance. When we got there we were UPGRADED to a room with sofa bed. The hotel condition is very run down and old. The stairs are very dirty and in need of a major renovation. Its an old hotel. Our king bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was not. It is an outside hotel so you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room at 3 o'clock in the morning. Our balcony view was amazing. The hotel does not serve breakfast, only coffee and tea in the lobby and juice. Juice is cut off after 10 am. The only wi-fi the hotel has is in the lobby of the hotel. They also tried to charge us $10 for any additional key we got, ripped off. They say you get what you pay for and we paid over for nothing. This entire street has hotels on the beach so just get a room at the hotel next to it which has breakfast and wi-fi. The entire time we was there, housekeeping did not come. We had to go to the front desk and tell them we need our room cleaned. Once we left around 10 am we expected our room to be cleaned upon coming back, it was not. We got back around 4pm and they had only made the bed, thats not housekeeping. So we had to tell the front desk and they send housekeepers. Imagine how uncomfortable it is to have strangers in your room when you get back to your room for some R&R after a full day of activities. We had three/four different housekeepers coming and going while we were in the room. This is not how you operate a hotel. We won't be back at this hotel.

Not sure these positive reviews are from people who have stayed at this hotel or from people who even have eyeballs. I was very hesitant to stay here but after reading some of the good reviews before booking I became convinced that maybe it wasn't "that bad". Let me say....it IS that bad. My boyfriend and I booked this hotel because it was on the beach (one plus...almost the only plus) and because it had a kitchenette in it. Every other condo we emailed about was booked and this place was available last minute. Upon driving up we knew we had made a mistake but unfortunately for us, it was already prepaid and we had no choice. The photos are completely misleading. This place is DIRTY with a capital D. I am not a "clean freak" by any means but it was so dirty that I ended up buying a bottle of clorox clean up to clean certain areas. The lock on the door had caked up dirt and nastiness on it that obviously had never been cleaned off. Everything is broken, the large burner on the stove didn't work, the cold water knob was broken off and water leaked out of the wall so badly that it covered the floor in water every time we showered. I think they came in once to clean and make our bed (we were there for 5 days). The patio was SO dirty I didn't want to step out without shoes on, it was as if someone had NEVER cleaned it. Seriously, every part of this place is nasty. On the last day, we checked everywhere to make sure we weren't leaving anything amidst the packing and looked under the bed to find an opened bag of cheetos. The cheetos were not ours.....they had been under our bed the entire time. How romantic.Cigarette butts everywhere, dirty everything. Just gross. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer. I honestly would have spent 50 bucks more a night to be able to not stay here.

Simply horrible! Nasty, disgusting, dangerous hotel. No matter what your budget is please, please, please, spend the extra 20 dollars and drive south!! The east coast hotels at least care when you say.."crabs from the beach are in my room".

Room Tip: Not good if you want cleanliness. We went 4 days out of 7 with NO room cleaning at all. Bugs crawlin...

The only positive about this hotel is that it is on the beach, everything else IS old, broken, and dirty. We had to beg for towels everyday. The rooms aren't cleaned, per the desk, they are "serviced"

Room Tip: Choose a different hotel. Do not stay here
