My wife and I rented unit #1603 and really enjoyed our stay. Clean, well-decorated and in a great location - right on the beach, a mile from Pier Park and all those restaurants, clubs, movies, etc. You could cab it there for $10 if you're dressed up or walk and cab it home, whatever your mood.
It was Pirate Fest weekend so the mall was packed with folks, they had a parade and other festivities, great if you have kids. Ours are grown so we took a cab to Schooners on Saturday night and danced until midnight - the band "Brena" was excellent! it reminded us of Johnny's Hideaway in Atlanta, same vibe. Fun!
The only issue was the lady at the front desk for Resortquest, very rude! If they are not managing your unit do not ask them for anything, it will leave a bad impression which is sad for such an otherwise great complex.
The pool is on the 5th floor which we liked but is a little different from other places. You go down to the 1st floor of the parking deck and up a short ramp to the beach walkway. Does give you a little more peaceful atmosphere as people are not constantly walking by to and from the beach.
Loved it, we're looking to buy this fall and this is definitely a complex we'd consider!
