Nice unit, good space, beautiful view. The problem was the unit was not as clean as it should have been. I did call the management company to report minor issues and yes, they did offer to send someone out which we declined. It was storming and we had just unpacked and did not want strangers in the unit with our personal belongings. You don't find every issue within the first few hours after arriving or even the the first day. Something's aren't found until you need to use them. Example is the shower/tub which was dark and clogged with a good sized cup of hair, etc. Flatware that had dried food on it. Rusted fry pans. Plates with dried food on them. No iron and a discussing ironing board cover. These are problems found only when the items were needed or used. Photos, emails, and phone calls were sent and made. Also this unit is advertised as newly decorated-.no, or only if you consider a new lamp or elephant accessory. Management company said I should have allowed the cleaners to come on the first day, but again the worst of the issues were not found then and I did email photos. No resolution was offered by the management company. We would book at this property - different unit, but not with this company.
