Decent place to stay, the person I booked with was accommodating. It was like a small hotel room with a kitchenette, no balcony, and no in room wi-fi. I assumed everybody had wi-fi in this day and age but was wrong, connection only available in an internet room on first floor. Good view and it was cheap with a pool and close beach access.

Me and my wife and 3 young daughters stayed here for a week this past April we were very satisfied with room location everything really. The owner did what he said and give no problem when it came time to get deposit back. All in all great vacation going back next year

We really enjoyed our stay at Top of the Gulf. Since we went in September, it was nice and quiet. It is very close to the beach, which is a must with young children. Chuck is very easy to get a hold of and returned all of our communications quickly. The room was very comfortable. The only reason I gave it four stars is because there were a few spots that were not as clean as I would have liked - shower curtain was a little mildewy and bathroom medicine cabinet shelves were dusty.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We met a lot of really nice people while we were there & the security was amazing. Charles was very pleasant to deal with & I will definitely rent from him again.
