Visited St. Andrews State Park in January. Not many there as expected. We enjoyed walking the wide white fine sand beaches without the hotels and condos. We found an area at the back of the inlet to the lagoon. This is protected by dunes from the gulf and there is a barrier from and wave action from boats transiting between the lagoon and gulf. The water was still. I suspect a great place for kids. We stopped a couple other places and the beaches were all waide, and very clean.
