During our vacations, we usually try and seek out the "local" breakfast place, in search of a great meal, not crowded, hidden gem that isn't overrun with tourists.
We sought out Andy's, and we were not disappointed. It is off the beaten path, about a 15-20 minute drive from our beachfront rental. We arrived and were sat promptly, though there was a wait by the time we left.
An array of baked goods for purchase awaits you as you enter the restaurant. Luckily, I dined with a group of "food sharers", so I got to try several things. The omelet was delicious ---- amply cheesy, and the bacon inside was crisp and tasty. The french toast was crispy outside, soft inside, and delicious. The breakfast croissant was warm and flaky. To top it off, I left with a piece of Key Lime Pie --- as good as advertised.
I hope we get another chance to dine here while we're down in PCB. Compared to Andy's, if you're planning to go to any of the other restaurants for breakfast --- especially the chains --- you're wasting your time and money.
