We loved our stay at the Aquavista condos. First thing we noticed was the secure parking with a passcode. Parking was under the building and that kept the car at a cooler temp for our trips out. The elevator had a rubber smell from a mat, that bothered me since I have latex allergies. But we were only on there for a minute or two. Our condo was right at the elevators which made trips up and down very easy. I loved the beach view. The condo was tastefully decorated and had lots of room. 2beds,2baths, full kitchen and washer and dryer. Furniture was comfortable. I think that we picked a great deal. We also had comcast tv and internet wi fi that received great reception. We had a few days that someone was remodeling a nearby condo and had alot of construction noise but other than that it was awesome. Since it was mid May we did not have alot of guests there. Easily found seating at the pool, and the beach was very quiet. We were about a mile from the Pier Park, a huge shopping area. It had over 100 stores and about 40 restaurants and food places. Took us 3 days to visit all the stores that we were interested in. Had a Grand/IMAX theatre, bumper boats and bungee jumping.
We also visited a local state park, St. Andrew state park. We found lots of shells on the beach and saw alot of different birds, even has a gator area. Staff was very helpful. I have to say it was a great vacation and we will be back to the white sand beaches.
