This is a great place to see the outdoors of Florida in a very natural setting. There are tons of paths and trails to get lost in and a highly recommend the tower trail for great views and the first parking area to the left leads to a really neat Indian mound to walk up with lush vegetation and trees surrounding. Gorgeous!

Nice preserve, still under construction. The walk and bicycle trails a relaxing. The kayak trail is great. I wish it would be open for night kayaking.

Very peaceful, not too crowded, bring your bikes or kayaks or just hike thru along the boardwalk. Free to get in, lots of fishing, bring a picnic lunch....

Very pretty place, lots of outdoor things to do. There's a lookout tower, you can see the Skyway Bridge. There's a place to launch a canoe or kayak (we have a kayak). Also a great bike path. Great birdwatching also.
